I came by to get your simple ppc tool (nice by the way, sorta like good keywords with a twist). Then came to read about this tool; also nice. However....well now things are different.. After 18 emails and multiple phone calls, I convinced Yahoo to provide import of Google campaigns. For MSN, I would download a csv from Adwords Editor and import that csv into the MSN desktop tool, then just upload the campaign. But I'll try your tool just to see the difference.
